This week's card pull from my deck collection, is the Avalon Magic Guidance Cards by Rose Inserra, with artwork by Nadia Turner. Published in 2022 by Rockpool Publishing.

This set is fa mini set. I love these little decks as you can just grab a quick message without having to look in the book. Sometimes we can't read for ourselves so these are great for getting out of our own way. They are also great for tossing in your handbag or glove box.
The images are a mixture of Myth, Arthurian, sorcery, and storybook, and the characters have so much personality. I love all the small details in the images as well. It is a light, fun and cheerful deck for me. I really enjoy spending time with it.
There are 40 cards, I only know because I counted them; it is not on the box. The character, animal or place images are on one side with each card being it's own image, and the message is on the back, which are all the same design.
The cards are on the thinner side, but they are a good quality but are very slippery so give them a few good shuffles and bends or they will fly all over. It is really a cute deck and they fit nicely in small hands too, which is great for me.
There is no companion book, but as the messages are on the cards one is not needed for this type of deck.
I love all the mini and small decks in my collection, and they are great for alter images, or daily reminder cards. I often use a few small decks together when I am wanting a very clear message. I feel everyone should have at least one small messages deck in their haul.
