The Light Seer's Tarot

This week's card pull and deck review from my deck collection, is The Light Seer's Tarot with both; the writing and art work by Chris-Anne. The original version was an Indie Deck, this version was Published in 2019 by Hay House Publishing.

The images are varied, diverse and represent so many types of people, I just love that, and especially the variety of ages, which is rare in decks. It is just sexy AF.

There are the Standard 78 cards, and they are nice and thick with the gorgeous Mandala in nice soothing colours on the dark grey /muted black background. On the front is the card artwork, name in cursive writing (love that) and number which makes it easy to find them in the book.

There are 184 pages in the guidebook with full images in black and white of the artwork, a Light Seer aspect, a Shadow Seer aspect, prompts and message about the card, and an affirmation.

I love her concept with this deck with the light and shadow and the messages are prompts to actually take a look at ourselves or the situation, which is so often overlooked with readings and many decks. Shadow work is so necessary for a balanced outlook on life and for making informed decisions for ourselves.

This set is freaking awesome. The colours, theme, textures, card meanings, and especially the everyday characters, which are diverse and relatable etc. all rock. This deck is truly one to study and treasure.
