This week's card pull and deck review from my deck collection, is a new deck that I think is just awesome. The Queen Mab Oracle offers 'Divine Feminine Wisdom from the Queen of the Fae" and is truly a beautiful creation in my opinion. I love the darker aspects included in this deck, it is definitely not a "Fairy" deck as most people see them.
I was excited to see that she used Shakespeare's Works for the card names, and talks a bit about her love of him. A very different approach for sure, and it works for this deck.

Feel free to choose a card (or couple of cards) below. Come back on Thursday and scroll to the bottom for card and crystal meanings.
Leave a comment below with your card choice(s) so I know you are here and can say Hi! Feedback is also a great way to work your intuition and learn to trust it. I am also happy to help clarify your card in regard to you individually with the help of spirit of course.
Also, anyone who shares the blog post on Facebook goes into the draw for a free 3 card personal reading. Please let me know you have shared.

THIS WEEK'S CARD PULL

This deck is by Tess Whitehurst, with artwork by both Melanie Delon and Cecelia G.F. and it is absolutely fluid, powerful and sensual as you would expect from the Queen of the Fae. It includes different phylum of Fae, so you will find water, earth, fire and air as well as ether elementals within, and a diverse grouping indeed. It offers solutions as well instead of just naming the issue, which is also pretty cool.
I really enjoyed reading the book slowly and going through each of the cards as I read about them. This is a ritual I do with new decks that allows me to really connect with each of my decks and try and feel into the creator's original vision. I definitely recommend doing this with your decks, it allows them to really speak to us and meet them as they come.
When you build this relationship with your decks right off, you build a bond which shows in your readings, whether for yourself or others. I definitely listen to my own intuition, but always try and respect the creator's intent of what they were trying to portray through the creative process. This could just be me; as a creator myself, I would love if someone took the time to meet my creations in that space of openness and patience.
The 160 page book is great, I loved reading it and even read a few a couple times because I loved the flow of words. There are actually 147 pages for the intro and cards and then about 13 of about the Author artist and other available decks through the publisher and a few pages for your own notes.
It is a beautiful book with full colour images of the cards some phrase words and the meaning. This is definitely not one you would rush through. I do feel though, that this deck is great for shadow work, daily pulls for self and even for journaling.
The 45 Cards are standard Oracle size, full colour nice and thick and slide easily even though they are a matte finish. The backs are all the same purple and gold design. The face images are all unique artwork, with the name and number. I do love the colours they used, and the huge crystals in some of the cards are really neat.
The box is that fantastic and beautifully sturdy, typical Blue Angel Box with full colour and a bright orange interior. That was an awesome surprise! The book offers some prayers or phrases to use before your reading that help call in the energy of Queen Mab.
I actually saw this deck at Denita's What's Up 2025 Workshop and I felt it calling me from across the classroom! I had a quick look during the break and knew I needed a copy. I immediately asked Denita to order one for Brent to get me for Christmas; which he did.
If you are not shy of working with the Fae (remember to be respectful) than I definitely would recommend this one for your collection because it is very unique and it a powerful creation to help you get to the bottom of some of your deepest fears and do the shadow work necessary to change those patterns.
